C1 Gym is holding a novice powerlifting meet, which is a perfect introduction into the sport or if you just want to test your strength!About this Event
Entrants can choose to compete in the 3-lift (squat, bench press and deadlift), bench only or deadlift only category. Please note you can only enter one category. More information including the specific rules will be provided in a lifting pack upon sign up!
This competition is open to all C1 members and non-members.
