Join Youth in Arts for our 3rd Annual C Street Celebration: A FREE Community Festival of Creativity. We are once again closing our block of C Street in downtown San Rafael for an student-centered, community celebration of the arts. This all day event will feature music and dance performances from our students and professional teaching artists, Children's Avenue Chalk Painting, visual and performing arts family workshops, face painting, hands-on art making with community partners like - Art Works Downtown, California Film Institute, Marin Society of Artists, Multicultural Center of Marin, San Rafael Business Improvement District - and MORE!Thanks to our presenting sponsor the Downtown San Rafael Arts District for helping make this event FREE for the public.
