Tooling needed: scrolling jig and wrenches; scrolling tongs; measuring stick and chalk; hot cut; tongs for 1/4" x 1/2"; your trusty rusty sheet; a bendable measuring aid (fat solder, ball chain...); and, most importantly, a notebook and writing stick to record (and NOT LOSE) lots of measurements.
With a bit of luck, you'll make the frame and scrolls for your Brian Brazeal grille (project 19a). Or at least understand how to.
