BYOP: Bring Your Own Problems
About this Event
The One Problem Workshop
Every business owner has one and I want to hear it. What is that thing you've been meaning to fix, the scheduling headache, the client emails piling up, the proposal that takes too long to write, the no-show rate that's killing your calendar. You know it needs solving. You just haven't had the time, the tool, or the plan.
This is a working session, not a lecture. Bring your laptop and one real problem from your business. By the end of 90 minutes, you'll walk out with that problem solved or a clear, doable plan to solve it yourself.
We'll look at what's already out there ready to use, what could be built for your specific situation, and what you can realistically do on your own. AI is one of the tools in the toolbox, not the point of the workshop. You're not here to learn AI. You're here to get your problem handled.
Who this is for: Any business owner or professional ready to fix something instead of just thinking about it. This includes dentists, real estate agents, lawyers, plumbers, copywriters, editors, content creators, restaurant owners, customer service teams, therapists, grant writers, house managers, parents running the household like a business, and side-hustlers building something on the side.
What to bring: Your laptop, your one problem, and a willingness to actually work on it for 90 minutes.
Your guide: Starlette Marshall is a Certified AI Coach & Consultant, Advanced Scrum Master, and Systems Engineer who's spent a career turning "this is a mess" into "here's how we fix it." Outside of business hours, expect a warm welcome - once we get to work, expect focus.
