Did you know Grand Rapids was named the "Jolliest City" in America? Join us to take it all in, with a BYOB trolley ride through Grand Rapid's seasonal attractions, lighting displays and holiday landmarks.

Head to Founders Brewing Co (235 Grandville Ave SW) for check-in. Here we'll take in the decorations at a neighborhood bar, meet your tour guide while enjoying a complimentary snack as we prep for our gawker ride through Grand Rapids' yuletide lights.

**Please note: NO outside alcohol will be permitted into Founders. Our event staff will be there to check you in and collect and store the alcohol you bring for the trolley so you can enjoy your time at Founders.

Bring your own beverages for the vintage trolley ride. As soon as we board the vintage trolley our adventure begins. We'll be whisked off on a 4 hour tour that includes all the best holiday light displays in Grand Rapids.

Trolley tours will vary based on date and venue availability, but possible sights or stops on the tour could include: The Christmas Lite Show at Fifth Third park, residential displays in surrounding areas, East Grand Rapids Christmas Tree and light displays, Rosa Parks Circle and the Grand Rapids Christmas Tree.

After soaking in the urban winter wonderland, we'll head back to Founders Brewing Co. and rave about all the seasonal sparkles we just saw.

*Fine Print: All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. PROMO CODES are NOT valid for Saturday tickets. Tickets are only valid for scheduled event date and event time. No refunds or reschedules will be provided to anyone who misses scheduled event. Event is rain, shine or snow. If roads are closed on the trolley route due to extreme weather and event must be cancelled customers will be contacted via e-mail. Duration of event is 5 hours. Trolley ride is 4 hours.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

How many people fit on a trolley?

Trolleys can fit 24-27 customers.

Can you rent the entire trolley or do a private event?

Yes! Please reach out to [email protected] for inquiries on private trolleys in Grand Rapids.

Is the trolley heated?

Yes! The trolley is fully enclosed and heated.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

21+. The event is 21+ and no one under the age will be permitted into the event. Must have valid 21+ ID for entry.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please bring your ticket (either printed or electronic) and your ID with you to check-in.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

As long as the attendee has a ticket (either printed or electronic) it does not matter if the ticket name matches the name of the attendee.

Something has come up and I can’t make the event for the date I scheduled. Can I reschedule my ticket for a different date?

New this year we are allowing ticket transfers so attendees can change the date/time of their ticket. Transfers are subject to availability. Ticket transfers will be available for a limited time. 90 days prior to the first event date ticket transfers will be disabled and we will no longer allow attendee ticket transfers for dates/times or locations. I would like to add on one more ticket for a friend, but it says the event is sold out. Can I add on just one more ticket?

Unfortunately, no. Once an event says sold out there are no more tickets available for that date. We are limited due to seating constraints on the trolley and cannot oversell the event.

Are we allowed to drink on the trolley?

Yes! The event is BYOB and you are allowed to drink on the trolley. We will have cups provided as you are not to drink out of glass on the trolley.

What time should I arrive for the event?

If you bought a 4-9pm event please arrive for check-in between 4-4:15pm. If you purchased a 5-10pm event please arrive for check-in between 5-5:15pm. If you arrive early that's okay, but we will check-in during those scheduled times.

What if I'm running late?

If you bought a 4-9pm event the trolley departs promptly at 5pm. If you purchased a 5-10pm event the trolley departs at 6pm. If you arrive to after the trolleys departure time you are welcome to take a cab, Uber or Lyft to meet up with the trolley at one of the stops.

What is your cancellation policy regarding Covid?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided to a customer requesting a refund due to Covid or Covid concerns.
