Join us for a BYOB festive and fun trolley ride through Cleveland's seasonal attractions, lighting displays and holiday landmarks.

Head to Jukebox (1404 W 29th Street) in the trendy Hingetown neighborhood near Ohio City for check-in. Here we'll take in the decorations at a neighborhood bar, meet your tour guide and enjoy a complimentary snack as we prep for our gawker ride through Cleveland's yuletide lights.

Bring your own beverages for the vintage trolley ride. As soon as we board the trolley our adventure begins. We'll be whisked off to see the best holiday landmarks Cleveland has to offer!

Trolley tours will vary based on date and venue availability, but possible sights or stops on the tour include: The Christmas Story House (admission to the house not included), Cleveland Sign photo opp, Public Square, JACK Casino, Playhouse Square, Festival of Trees, and Nela Park.

After soaking in the urban winter wonderland, we'll head back to Jukebox and rave about all the seasonal sparkles we just saw.

*Fine Print: All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for scheduled event date and event time. No refunds or reschedules will be provided to anyone who misses scheduled event. Event is rain, shine or snow. No refunds will be given to customers who do not attend the scheduled event due to weather. If roads are closed on the trolley route due to extreme weather and event must be cancelled customers will be contacted via e-mail. No refunds will be provided to a customer requesting a refund due to Covid or Covid concerns. Space is limited and trolleys will not be oversold or overbooked. Event is 21+. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted into the event. BYOB is for trolley ride ONLY. You may bring beverages/cooler with you to the event, but will be asked to keep all beverages stored away until we board the trolley. Coolers must be small enough to fit under the trolley bench. Duration of event is 4 hours. Trolley ride is 3 hours.

Vehicle accommodations and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Holiday Lights Trolley control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur. How many people fit on a trolley?

Trolleys can fit 28-30 customers.

Can you rent the entire trolley or do a private event?

Yes! Please reach out to [email protected] for inquiries on private trolleys in Cleveland.

Is the trolley heated?

Yes! The trolley is fully enclosed and heated.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

21+. The event is 21+ and no one under the age will be permitted into the event. Must have valid 21+ ID for entry.

I am a vegetarian, is there a food option for vegetarians?

Yes, there will be vegetarian options available.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please bring your ticket (either printed or electronic) and your ID with you to check-in.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

As long as the attendee has a ticket (either printed or electronic) it does not matter if the ticket name matches the name of the attendee.

Something has come up and I can’t make the event for the date I scheduled. Can I reschedule my ticket for a different date?

New this year we are allowing ticket transfers so attendees can change the date/time or pick-up location. Transfers are subject to availability. Ticket transfers will be available for a limited time. 90 days prior to the first event date ticket transfers will be disabled and we will no longer allow attendee ticket transfers for dates/times or locations. I would like to add on one more ticket for a friend, but it says the event is sold out. Can I add on just one more ticket?

Unfortunately, no. Once an event says sold out there are no more tickets available for that date. We are limited due to seating constraints on the trolley and cannot oversell the event.

Are we allowed to drink on the trolley?

Yes! The event is BYOB and you are allowed to drink on the trolley. We will have cups provided as you are not to drink out of glass on the trolley.

What time should I arrive for the event?

If you bought a 4-8pm event please arrive for check-in between 4-4:15pm. If you purchased a 7-11pm event please arrive for check-in between 7-7:15pm. If you arrive early that's okay, but we will check-in during those scheduled times.

What if I'm running late?

If you bought a 4-8pm event the trolley departs promptly at 5pm. If you purchased a 7-11pm event the trolley departs at 8pm. If you arrive to after the trolleys departure time you are welcome to take a cab, Uber or Lyft to meet up with the trolley at one of the stops.

What is your cancellation policy regarding Covid?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided to a customer requesting a refund due to Covid or Covid concerns.
