Nauč se vyrobit si jednoduché a praktické produkty z bylinek, které rostou na zahradě! Na bylinkovém workshopu na MetroPoli se naučíš:
• jak se vyrábí tinktury z bylinek ~ a jednu si na místě rovnou vyrobíš, ze šalvěje či rozmarýnu
• vyrobit si měsíčkovou mast a měsíčkovou tinkturu, dozvíš se o potenciálu měsíčku lékařského a jeho využití
• jak na bylinný sirup
• nebo jak využít zbytky z nezpracovaných aromatických bylin a vyrobit z nich čistící ocet
Všechny postupy ti ukážeme v té nejjednodušší variantě, tak abys měl každý možnost a chuť se do výroby sám pustit, aby ho neodradila složitost či "vědeckost" postupu. Prostě jednoduché recepty tak, jak se běžně dělávaly v chalupách před 100 a více lety.
Workshopem nás provede Hanka Olive ~ sdílet zároveň budeme i svá know-how, tipy a znalosti navzájem.

HERB WORKSHOP FROM THE GARDEN
Learn how to make simple and practical products from herbs that grow in your garden! At the herb workshop at MetroPole, you’ll learn:
• how to make herbal tinctures ~ and you’ll make one right there on the spot, using sage or rosemary
• how to make calendula ointment and calendula tincture, and you’ll learn about the potential of calendula and its uses
• how to make herbal syrup
• or how to use leftover unprocessed aromatic herbs to make cleansing vinegar
We’ll show you all the methods in their simplest form, so that everyone has the opportunity and desire to try making them on their own, without being discouraged by the complexity or “scientific” nature of the process. Simply put, these are straightforward recipes just like those commonly made in country cottages 100 or more years ago.
Hanka Olive will guide us through the workshop—and we’ll also share our know-how, tips, and knowledge with one another.
