About this Event
On October 1st, The Keri Croft Show is hosting its second In Real Life (IRL) gathering.
The first IRL was called In Her Badass Era. This one has a new name — and if you’re wondering, what the hell is BYLD? Fair question.
BYLD is the community I launched this summer for women who are building their empires — businesses, ideas, careers, families, new chapters and bigger versions of themselves.
BYLD lives at the collision of badassery, mental athleticism + business strategy. And this IRL is where all of that comes to life in one room.
This isn’t another networking event or sit-and-listen panel. It’s part live show, part connection, part damn good time — designed to get BADASS women in the same room.

Our first IRL proved something: this room is the magic.
Women walked in as strangers and within minutes were exchanging ideas, making introductions, laughing, learning and leaving with a little more fire than they came in with.
That’s what we’re building again.
