Since starting in 1998, by:Larm has brought together music lovers and forward-thinking music business delegates for a buzzing live programme of the freshest Nordic acts of today.
by:Larm consists of two parts: a festival and a conference. The festival concerts take place at night in Oslo's best venues and are open to the public. The main focus is to present artists that are on the verge of success, either in their homelands or internationally. The conference is a meeting place for the Nordic and international music industries. A series of lectures, seminars and debates are held during the day.
