Hatha yoga practices include pranayama (breathwork), meditation, mudras and any variety and styles of asana (poses). These balanced yoga classes are designed to improve awareness and capacity for breath, movement and vital health. Our time together will include time for community, connection and questions and leave you feeling grounded, supported and empowered!
