Lucy will be joined by 13 local teachers which will give you a choice of 4 session in each of 4 timeslots. They offer a range of experience and influences from different yoga traditions: Ashtanga, Yin, Qi Gong, Somatic, Iyengar, Satyananda, JIvamukti, Dru, and Tantra.

This is our second year at the Linskill centre in North Shields, and this time we’ve rented the Trevelyan Hall which is extra large so that we can have a comfortable space for refreshments, served throughout the day, and a buffet lunch. If it’s a nice day you can also enjoy your food in one of the Centre’s gardens.
There will also be activities such as Yogart (art without attachment) and a favourite relaxer, colouring in.
Also situated in the hall will be our fabulous marketplace with a number of local merchants who we hope you’ll find interesting; a BWY stall; second hand books sold for charity; and a leaflet stall for teachers among you who want to advertise your classes and events.
We’re still resourcing more people to have stalls but currently we have:

The Chakra Project
Beautiful hand-stitched textile art inspired by the chakras and produced by under-privileged girls from Kashmir whom this project was set up to support.

Ever popular and a regular for many years.
