FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
By purchasing a ticket to, or entering the Black Water Professionals Alliance (BWPA) event(the "Event"), you acknowledge and agree that the Event is a public space where media coverage will occur.
Implied Consent
Your attendance at the Event constitutes your unconditional consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded by BWPA (the "Organizer") and its authorized media partners.
How Media May Be Used
You grant the Organizer a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, broadcast, and distribute your voice, image, and likeness captured at the Event. This includes, but is not limited to:
● Official event recap videos and trailers.
● Social media posts, website promotional graphics, and email newsletters.
● Television broadcasts, livestreams, and future marketing or advertising materials.
Waiver of Compensation & Rights
By attending, you understand that you will receive no financial compensation or royalties for the use of any media featuring your likeness. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final edited products, including any audio tracks or written copy that may accompany them.
Release of Liability
You release the Organizer, its employees, contractors, sponsors, vendors, and licensees from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of the use of your likeness, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or defamation.
