BWN Speed Mentoring

BWN Speed Mentoring Event features 10 outstanding leaders with diverse backgrounds and a wide variety of expertise. Speed Mentoring is a series of short conversations between mentors and mentees. The goal is to help mentees gain guidance and make connections.

How it worksStructure:

Mentors stay in one place while mentees move to meet with different mentors.

Time: Each conversation is usually 5 minutes long.

Questions: Mentees ask questions about their career goals, job search, or other topics.
