BWCV Restorative Aerial Yoga & Sound bath Class

Join us at Sea2Sky Wellness Club for a deeply relaxing session designed to help you reset your body and mind!

This gentle aerial yoga experience combines slow, supported movements with a soothing sound bath to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for rest and renewal.

Whether you’re new to aerial yoga or returning for another float, this class offers a peaceful environment to reconnect with yourself.

Note:

• Please wear workout clothing, leggings and a t-shirt.
• Please bring water and no food minimum two hours prior the class.
