Each guest will decorate their own two-layer cake while learning step-by-step techniques for stacking, filling, smoothing buttercream, and creating beautiful floral and bee-inspired designs. Guided by Brittany, head cake decorator at Gartman Model Bakery, you’ll gain beginner-friendly skills while having fun in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
