Buying Beef – Budget Matters & Buying Locally

Have you ever wondered what the cost difference would be to buy beef locally from a rancher versus a big box store? Come to this class to learn about how much beef do you buy when buying from a rancher, how much freezer space do you need and what does the money budgeting look like in comparison to buying beef every month from a big box store. This class will also include the ability to try beef from both a locally sourced ranch and a big box store for flavor tasting and comparison.
