Welcome to the Butterfly Pinning Workshop!
Come and join me on Friday, 12th July , 2024 at 18:00 at my beachside taxidermy & entomology studio in Southsea for a hands-on experience in learning how to preserve butterflies. This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in entomology, nature conservation or who simply wants to enjoy the beauty of butterflies close up. No experience required.
During this event, you will be guided step by step on the pinning process, learning about the tools needed and techniques using them.
You will leave with your own 4 ethically sourced specimens and pinning board.

The length of this class is estimated at one hour but will be subject to change.
STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING A BOX OF APPROX 40CM X 30CM TO TRANSPORT THEIR SPECIMENS HOME IN.
