Reconnect with Your Inner Child through the Magic of Storytime and Yoga Nidra
Join local Yoga Nidra facilitator and ICRT certified Reiki Master teacher, Kate Wargo, for a heartwarming and restorative evening as we embark on a journey back to the simple joys and profound lessons of childhood with our special workshop, “Butterfly in the Sky Inner Child Yoga Nidra.” Inspired by Reading Rainbow, this unique experience combines the soothing art of storytelling with the deep relaxation of yoga nidra.
The evening will begin with a gentle introduction and a beloved children’s book read aloud, focusing on themes of belonging, inspiration, and authenticity. Then, we will transition into a guided yoga nidra session, where you’ll be led through a deeply relaxing and meditative journey that explores the themes and messages of the story. Through visualization and affirmations, you’ll embody the story’s essence, promoting inner peace and self-awareness. Finally, the evening will conclude with a space for sharing and reflection, as we hold our inner child in community.
