The Rotary Club of North Jefferson will be dedicating the Butterfly Garden in memory of Mechell Malone Ballard. Mechell was the scout master for Gardendale Troop 100 for many years and was significantly instrumental in helping so many young men become Eagle Scouts. Mechell is no longer with us, but this beautiful garden will honor her contribution to this community and the lives many.
