Come as you are and leave feeling more rested, grounded, and connected to yourself. Through guided meditation and immersive sound, you'll be invited to slow down, settle inward, and receive. No experience needed.
Whether you're new to sound baths or a regular, come rest with the community.
Bring a yoga mat or blanket, anything you need to lie down comfortably, and an open ear.
