We will all be aligning in center field while waiting for all soul family to gather, we will be doing small chakra themed yoga full body stretches to center ourselves before small meditation together of singing bowls & soft breathe work to then have a grounding nature walk, hug the trees in transmuting energy & sharing the love with nature. A beautiful time to remind of the present moment & gratitude for Gaia. <3

2:22pm l Friendships: To set the intentions as a collective we will each be creating our inner child self love care with natural herbs, essential oils, flowers, games, painting on a rock, affirmations & more! :)

This is now a moment of time to engage with the mind, body & soul to express anything that comes up for you &or if there is anything you would like to share with the collective.
