Come and join me to learn how to decorate your cakes using delicious buttercream.During the class you will be decorating a 3 layered buttercream cake that you will want to show off to friends and family. You will have the chance to work on a freshly made sponge cake and of course you have this to take home to enjoy afterwards.
Techniques you will learn :
How to fill and stack the layers of sponge cake to get it as level as possible
How to crumb coat the cake using buttercream
How to create a smooth finish using buttercream and cake scrapers
How to create different designs with piping nozzles
Plus lots of tips and tricks along the way
The class size is up yo 6 people so you get loads of chances to ask questions and you get to take home your newly created showstopper to enjoy with friends and family.
£110 per person and everything is supplied including hot drinks and homemade cake to enjoy throughout the class.
