� make SMOOTH BUTTERCREAM perfect for crumbcoating your cake
� use a STRIPEY SCRAPER to create perfect multicoloured stripes
� make a coloured chocolate drip
� pipe beautiful buttercream swirls
All resources and cake supplied for class and you take home your cake boxed for transport.
You will work on a 5inch tall Vanilla Cake (stacked 5 inches high).
