Explore your wild and untamed self during Buti Movement for Beginners with Chelsea! In this workshop, you will learn about the unique movement modality known as Buti. The word “Buti” translates to “being healed from within,” and this class aims to do just that. Buti is an opportunity to break out of your routine and expand past the boundaries of your yoga mat.
This practice combines common yoga asana with the use of tribal-inspired dance moves, and plyometrics. You can expect a fast-paced and fun playlist with lots of sweating!
The goal of this practice is to get you to move more freely and without restriction so that you can connect more fully with your body, mind, and spirit.
By the end of this beginner class, you will have shaken some of your tensions and tightness away and will feel more bold, intuitive, and creative!
