Who else has been through hard times lately??? Join me on the mat this TUESDAY at 6:00!!! The playlist is title WAR TIME for this class and with good reason. We are going to move through it, shake off and wring out the old, feel it go as we make way for truth to rise, for new direction and clarity. BUTI is powerful movement medicine combining yoga, primal movement, functional movement, and cardio dance. The movement is driven by powerful and positive upbeat music. There may be tears of joy and release and maybe even anger as we let go. That’s ok. It’s ok to feel. Feeling is healing. Tears are release. Primal movement is releasing and empowering. I am here to guide you on this journey. If you are exhausted of trying and feel you are getting nowhere, make a new move. Pay what you can for this first class and bring a friend!
