Fore Quarter Butcher Shop will be hosting a hands-on workshop at TWB on Friday, November 8th @ 7:00 pm.Under the expert guidance of their butchers, you'll learn the intricate techniques and skills involved in breaking down a whole pig. Gain insight into the various cuts, understand the anatomy, and discover the artistry behind creating prime selections of meat.
$100/person
Your Butchery Class fee includes:
