About this Event
Our chefs will be demonstrating how to break down and debone an entire chicken, along with various ways of preparing the different parts of the chicken (grilling, roasting, baking) so that students can bring these skills to their own kitchens! Cut gloves, knives, snacks, and a complimentary glass of wine is all included in the cost of this ticket. Students will be able to take home what they butcher.
