Join us for a live butcher demonstration as we break down a beef hindquarters from one of our pasture-raised animals. Learn about the cuts, enjoy a charcuterie spread, sip beer or wine, and connect with your food in a whole new way.

🥩 The beef from the demo will be fresh, never frozen, and available for purchase at the event.
