🎶Baby Music – Tuesday 16th September 10.30am-11.10am
A lively, engaging class full of music, rhythm, and fun for you and your baby.
🧘🏻♀️Postnatal Pilates – Thursday 18th September 10.30am-11.15am
A gentle but effective class to help strengthen and restore after pregnancy and birth. Babies come too, so there’s no need to worry about childcare.
