The symposium features three interactive workshops, a professional panel discussion, and a networking hour designed to foster collaboration, mentorship, and new opportunities in the creative economy.

The Hammer Science Building provides a modern and accessible setting for innovation and collaboration, equipped with presentation technology, breakout areas, and networking space. The environment encourages hands-on learning and creative exchange among participants and guest professionals.

• Check-in begins at 10:00 a.m. — one hour before the event start time.
  
• Attendees can scan their digital or printed Eventbrite ticket at the entrance.
  
• C4AMD staff will assist with registration, distribute name badges and materials, and guide guests to the event area.
  
• Light refreshments will be available during check-in to welcome participants and encourage early networking.
