The Start-up Workshop is a stepping stone to the Business Planning Workshop, guiding participants from idea conception to creating actionable business plans.

• Generating and developing business ideas that meet market needs.
• Enterprise skills & personal characteristics.
• Managing your time formal registration & set up.
• Legal structure & insurances
• Market research & business planning.
• Finding new customers and managing existing ones.
• Funding and financial aspects of the business including cashflows.
• Building a proposition
• Creating an Identity and finding a Unique Selling Point (USP).
• Social media, marketing & promotion.
• Finding suitable and affordable business premises .
• Launching & Trading.

Open to residents of Kensington and Chelsea only.

A refundable deposit of £10 is payable to to secure your spot. The deposit is fully refundable upon attendance of the event. Failure to attend will result in the deposit being retained by Westway Trust.
