This session will explore the evolution of Broccolini over the past 75+ years, from a small home builder to a diversified construction and real estate group active across the full cycle of investment, development, construction, and property management.
Anthony Broccolini, third-generation CEO of the family business, will share insights on how the company has grown and adapted across generations while continuing to shape communities in Quebec and beyond. The discussion will also highlight what makes Montreal’s development landscape distinct from other Canadian markets, and how a long-term vision, strong partnerships, innovation, and a people-focused culture continue to guide Broccolini’s growth.
Speaker Biography – Anthony Broccolini
Exposed to the world of construction from a very young age, Anthony Broccolini envisioned his future in the industry and dedicated himself to the advancement of the family business upon completing his studies in Architectural Technology. In his role as Managing Director, he spearheaded Broccolini's expansion into Ontario, established a niche in high-rise construction, and played a key role in tripling the company's revenue to surpass a billion dollars over the past decade.
Today, as Chief Executive Officer of Broccolini, Anthony leads the company with a focus on fostering a caring, close-knit company culture while steering the team with long-term vision and inspiring leadership. Member of the Young Presidents Organization, he remains active in the business community, serving on the boards of AltCrest Energy and the Loyola High School Foundation, as well as the Vanier College Architectural Technology Advisory Board.
