Kelly Curnutt will provide an informative overview of the legal aspects of owning and operating a business in our community, as well as practical legal tips for individuals. Topics will include how to plan ahead to avoid legal pitfalls, being proactive with your business and legal matters, what to do if you think you need legal advice, and more. SPEAKER BIO: Kelly Curnutt is a founding partner with Curnutt & Hafer, LLP, a law firm located in the heart of Downtown Arlington. With a BS in accounting from UTA and a JD from SMU Dedham School of Law, Kelly has been practicing law for over 30 years, specializing in business litigation, oil and gas, and serious personal injury. He has been board-certified in personal injury trial law since 1998. Together with his law partner, Doug Hafer, their motto is to “Seek, Serve, Do.” His passion in litigation is to champion justice in courts. Kelly is active in the community and enjoys serving such organizations as Mission Arlington, Young Life, and Men Serving God. He currently sits on the Chamber’s Executive Board of Directors.
