About the Presenter
Tammie M. Calys brings more than 30 years of corporate leadership and enterprise transformation experience. Before founding Next Level Me, she spent over 15 years leading management consulting engagements focused on business transformation, process improvement, enterprise system implementations, and organizational growth.
Throughout her career, Tammie noticed a recurring challenge: while companies invest heavily in technology, financial systems, and strategic planning, they often overlook the human infrastructure needed to successfully execute those initiatives. This gap can lead to stalled growth, executive burnout, and failed business transformations. Inspired to solve this problem, she founded Next Level Me to help organizations identify and address the structural barriers that limit performance.
