This is a hands-on, practical workshop that helps you design, validate, and simplify your business model using the proven Business Model Canvas framework.You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a clear plan to take your next steps — not just a great idea, but a business model that works.
Led by Alexander Pemberton, an experienced startup consultant who has introduced hundreds of entrepreneurs and freelancers to the Business Model Canvas through Launch Seven’s workshops and accelerator programs.
