Accomplished and prolific muralist and painter Hannah Williams leads this workshop geared to helping artists interested in creating public art learn more about the entire process and to building owners who are interested in having a mural done.
This workshop provides a professional introduction to the logistics, expectations, and realities of public mural projects from the perspective of a full-time working muralist. Participants will gain valuable insight into the full scope of public art projects, including planning, budgeting, approvals, and long-term care. The goal is to help artists and property owners understand industry standards, avoid common pitfalls, and approach mural projects with clarity and confidence.
