Business Networking Celebrates World Laughter Day

It’s important to have a little fun in business. It doesn’t need to be all strait-laced and serious. So, when we came across a Laughter Yoga company and a venue offering to host us, this seemed like the perfect event. World Laughter Day is 6th May. However, our Business Networking Celebrates World Laughter Day is just one day after, on Thursday 7th May.

Our networking events work because we like to have a little fun. We have played darts, crazy golf and shuffle board at our previous events. Attendees even stood in the shower holding their favourite books. Adding a little something different to our events means that they stand out. It also means that people get a better understanding of each other. This encourages stronger relationship building. So, here comes Business Networking Celebrates World Laughter Day.

Happiness 4 You is kindly hosting the event for free. It will start in the same way as all of our events start. Attendees can arrive from 3pm for informal networking. Attendees are welcome to purchase a drink from Baa Baa Bistro during this time. At 3.30pm attendees will have up to 1 minute to talk about their business and the connections they are looking for.

We will then begin a 30-minute Laughter Yoga session. Do not worry – you don’t need to get your yoga pants out or do any weird stretching. Instead, you will follow a ‘laughing’ instruction and laugh like the instructor. This is definitely an event with a difference. While you may be nervous about the idea, I promise you will feel fabulous when the event is over.

After our laughter yoga session, we will return to informal networking. Free and easy conversations will flow between attendees as we discuss our thoughts on laughter yoga. Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event and shared across social media platforms to help promote your business and the hosting business.

This is a free event. However, spaces are limited. Please make sure you book in advance, so we know to expect you. While unusual, we know that Business Networking Celebrates World Laughter Day event will be a very memorable event. Make sure you book your space to ensure you don’t miss out.
