Business Networking Celebrates Shameless Promotion Month

When was the last time you shamelessly promoted your business? I bet you’re cringing right now thinking about it. It’s not something we do as small business owners in the UK. We don’t want to come across like we are showing off or bragging. So, instead we sit back and talk about other parts of the business, instead of shamelessly promoting the business.

That’s why our FREE networking event in September is Business Networking Celebrates Shameless Promotion. We want to encourage you to promote your business and yourself completely shamelessly. You will have the opportunity to do a 60 second elevator to the room. You will then be asked to shamelessly promote yourself and your business in 10 words or less.

Here at Creative Content Company, we help small businesses achieve more for their business online. We also know that the better the local business community, the better business is for everyone one. This is why we have been running business networking celebrates events since July 2024. We want to help the local business community and people within business.

Our Business Networking Celebrates Shameless Promotion will be held on Friday 25th September. Currys Business will be the kind hosts for this event. This is the second time they have hosted a business networking event for us in 2 years. They will be providing a selection of free drinks and nibbles for the event.

The event runs from 3pm until 5pm. Between 3pm and 3.30pm attendees will be invited to grab a drink and networking informally with other attendees. This will be followed by a short introduction from Currys Business. Attendees will then be invited to share their 1-minute elevator pitch to the room. We will then go around again, and attendees will be encouraged to share their shameless promotion in 10 words or less.

This will be followed by more informal networking as we have heard everyone’s pitches and know what they do. The informal networking will help to build those essential business relationships.

Photos and videos will be taken throughout the event. These will then be shared online after the event to promote the hosting business and attendees. While the event is free, we ask that tickets are booked in advance. This helps us to know who is coming so we can prepare accordingly.

This venue offers free and ample parking for the duration of the event.
