Business Models for Social Impact Organizations

Sometimes it is difficult to understand why a nonprofit company needs a business model – if they are doing good work, shouldn’t they just get funded? It’s not that easy. This workshop will help you understand different nonprofit business models, the ways to build a mission-based organization that can sustain itself to do important work, and what to consider when you put together a funding strategy.
