Business Model Canvas: Who said business planning had to be hard?

If the thought of writing your first business plan feels daunting and time consuming, there's a tool to help you - the Business Model Canvas.

Foregoing the traditional method of business plan writing, the BMC, created by Osterwalder & Pigneur in the Strategyzer books, presents a more visual and comprehensive option.

In this practical workshop at the BIPC, you will learn to divide and address each section of the business plan and how each works together to build your business.

What is your refund policy?

The majority of our events are free, but places are limited and events are usually oversubscribed. Please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend.

Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?

Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
