Market Validation is the second class in season two of the Business Masterclass. It's for founders and business owners preparing to launch or expand an offer.
In two hours you'll:
• Choose the customer group you want to understand
• Prepare interviews, a prototype, or a small pilot to test demand
• Decide what results would justify continuing, changing the offer, or stopping
Rich Turner teaches the topic, then you work through worksheets and case studies in small groups with other owners and managers, using a real question from your own business.
What to bring: the product or service you want to test, and the customers you think will buy it.
