1. Dingley Dell smoked ham hock terrine with homemade piccalilli, mustard-dressed baby leaf salad, and toasted sourdough
2. Cream of cauliflower cheese soup with sun-dried tomato pesto (v, gf)

Main options

1. 12-hour Dedham Vale beef brisket with pomme purée, glazed seasonal vegetables, black garlic & carrot purée, and red wine gravy
2. Homemade pappardelle pasta with creamy wild mushroom & spinach sauce, feta, and toasted pumpkin seeds (v)
