Business Entity Formation [In-Person]

Are you thinking about starting your own business? Not sure which legal entity to choose? Then this event is for you!

This session is designed for anyone considering starting a business or changing their business structure, whether you're a solopreneur or part of a team. We'll cover the different types of business entities (LLCs, Corps, etc.) and provide an overview of the formation process for each, including where to file and how to keep your business in good standing with the government. Gain clarity and confidence in choosing the right structure for your business!
