Rob Chiarolli has over 40 years of business experience, with some 25 years in sales, marketing and managerial roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, followed by his consulting and coaching focus since 2008. He has worked across 3 states, and has recently returned to Adelaide after 30 years interstate and is growing his contacts and clients here.Through his career progression Rob has garnered broad, hands-on experience with a successful sales career and promotion to marketing roles. Managing high performing products and achieving notable results, Rob then progressed to Sales and Marketing managerial roles and was entrusted with building two national healthcare sales and marketing teams from scratch – one a team of 6, and the second grew to 28. He has seen all aspects of business from hiring and firing, budgeting and forecasting, through to strategic planning and executive corporate responsibilities.
Following the private sale of the last company he worked for, Rob took the opportunity to change his life outlook and ventured out to develop his own consulting firm and eventually focused on a coaching direction. He has acquired certifications in coaching, is a master NLP practitioner and an Extended DISC consultant and trainer adding to his tertiary qualifications in Science and Marketing.
Rob uses his broad experience and across many industries to provide a valued and safe sounding board to discuss all the issues facing business owners, leaders, and their teams in today’s challenging environment. He provides a customized and tailored approach pertinent to the person and situation at hand. He provides an initial free, no-obligation Strategy Meeting to discuss the options going forward and whether we are a good fit to work together.
In today’s talk, Rob will outline examples of some of the various types of areas he has been asked to help with over the past decade, and then present a few actual case studies. This will hopefully prompt attendees to think about people they know who could benefit from coaching or mentoring by Rob.
