The Business Case Challenge Day 2025 at WU Vienna is your chance to experience an exciting day of learning, networking, and competition. The day kicks off with inspiring keynotes from successful founders and business leaders who will share their experiences, challenges, and lessons learned. You’ll gain first-hand insights into the world of entrepreneurship, corporate strategy, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives. Following this, participants will have the opportunity to meet leading Austrian companies at the Partner Zone, where they can engage in valuable conversations, explore career opportunities, and get a closer look at industry trends.

For those looking to dive deeper into sustainability and corporate responsibility, the ESG Business Case Workshop, hosted by Horváth & Partners, offers a hands-on learning experience. Here, students will work through real-world ESG challenges with expert consultants and discover how companies integrate sustainability into their business strategies.(Limited spots available -- International Teams First– registration required.)

The highlight of the day is the Business Case Pitch Challenge, where teams will tackle one of three real-world business cases provided by partner companies. After weeks of preparation, selected teams will present their solutions to a jury of corporate executives, competing for a €1,500 prize pool (€750 for Best Business Case & €750 for Best Pitch)
