Welcome, Business Enthusiasts!The Business Case Competition 2025 by HSBC - BBS is here to groom the next generation of business leaders. This prestigious event, brought to you by HSBC and BRAC Business school, organized by BRAC University Business Club, BIZ BEE, offers the brightest minds of Bangladesh a platform to sharpen their business acumen through a simulated real-world scenario.
Undergraduate students from renowned universities across Bangladesh will compete in this multi-stage challenge, designed to test problem-solving skills and communication abilities. By participating, you'll gain invaluable insights into the business world while enhancing your skills in communication, strategic planning, creativity, public speaking, and critical problem-solving.
🔴 How to Participate:
- Invitations will be sent to the student activity authorities of the invited universities/institutions. (Clubs Affiliated will be announced soon)
- The registration of selected teams, as recommended by the authorities, will be successfully completed.
🔴 Team Composition:
- Each team will consist of four students from the same university (open to students from all disciplines of invited universities).
- No substitutes are allowed.

🔴 Awards:
🏆 Champion: BDT 200,000 and the opportunity to represent Bangladesh in the Asia-Pacific Regional Competition.
🥈 1st Runner-Up: BDT 100,000 self-development fund for the team.
🥉 2nd Runner-Up: BDT 50,000 self-development fund for the team.
📅Schedule of Events:
🔴Workshop:
The top 3 teams from each university will be invited to participate in a one-day workshop led by industry professionals and last year’s champions. This workshop will focus on developing expertise in business case analysis and solution formulation.
1️⃣ Round 1:
- Teams will solve a business case in six hours and present their solutions to a panel of judges.
- Each team will have 10 minutes to present followed by a 10-minute Q&A session.
- The top 20 teams will advance to the next round.
2️⃣Round 2:
- Similar to Round 1, teams will solve another business case in four hours and present it to the judges.
- Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
- The top 5 teams will progress to the National Finale.
🏁National Finale:
The finalists will gather at the venue for the ultimate showdown, where they’ll solve a business case within a given time frame. Solutions will then be presented to a panel of judges, who will crown the National Champion.
🌟Regional Competition
The champion team from Bangladesh will represent the nation in the Asia-Pacific Regional Competition, competing against the Gold teams from other countries. This round will follow a similar format, with teams solving business cases and presenting their solutions to a panel of judges.
🏆 Regional Awards: The Best of the Best, First Runners-Up, and Second Runners-Up will receive trophies and cash prizes.
