What is Business Agility Lab?

Lets get creative and find solutions to real world business challenges.

In last few years “Business Agility” term has started appearing. A lot of people say Agile was always about business and why do we need this new terms. Others says its about taking agility to all parts of the organisation.

We believe, Yes agility was always about business yet there are a lot more practices and resources from outside of agility which might be interesting to look at and integrate in our work with clients to help them align their business to market need and at same time employee, partners and stakeholder experience.

Our Focus for this event is expanding the horizons of business agility to solve problems companies face in thier real life (cycle). We will like to bring together people from organisations who are facing challenges and people who can help solve, for a laboratory session to work on real world business challenges.

Our topic for this 1st edition will be "Relation between Operating Models and Business Models".

How will this work?

• If you are from a organisation facing the challange you will be able to share your challange on the 1st day. We will setup laboratory sessions for each topic cluster of 2-3 hours each with objective to come out with a minimum valuable solution. You would have met a few people who can help with your challenges and may be they can continue helping you after the event.

• If you are a consultant or coach or what ever you call yourself, who would like to help solve real world challenges and feel you can help others with your knowledge and wisdom and learn from others.

Join us in this up to 3 days intense laboratory session to share and learn.

Logistics

• Snacks and Lunch and Dinner will be provided during the event and it is included in the price of the event.
• The price of the event does not include Hotel accomodation or travel cost. Each paricipant will have to manage their own travel and accomodation.
• We will publish event location begining of July 2022.
