Join our outdoor Bush Mamas Postpartum Village.
Be nourished and nurtured in nature.
For mama's and their bubs (up to one year).
Over the course of 10 weeks, this postpartum village will fill your cup weekly and provide you with some tools for recharging and connecting.
We will share birth stories (optional), build community and connection through weekly circles, enjoy guided mindful bush walks and light morning tea.
There will be guest speakers, including a mums and bubs yoga class and music session.

Roxanne will share knowledge each week, some topics include, nature as a tool for connection, nature for enriching vocabulary, sensory experiences in nature with your babes.
We will meet in a variety of nature spaces (all within 30 mins of Hobart) each week and get to know some of the beautiful wild spaces to explore with children.
Embrace the cooler weather, layer up and enjoy the wonderful seasons we have in Tasmania. We have a range of locations with shelter where we can still be in nature.
If it is too wet or unsafe to be outside, an alternative indoor location will be arranged.
