About this Event

Please Note: MAXIMUM ENROLLMENT IS 15 SCOUTS PER SESSION

We’ll discover amazing bird adaptations using mounts and other items from the Museum’s Collections. The boys and girls will learn how to use field guides and binoculars and use their new skills to identify birds found on the museum's grounds. Some homework is required, worksheets will be provided upon registration. If the homework is completed, the scouts will have earned their Bird Study Merit Badge and our registered counselors can sign off on their Blue Card.

Fees:

  • Scout Participant $15
  • Parents/Extra Adults $6.00 each.
  • Scout Leaders Attend FREE

Cancellation/refund policy: If cancellation is received 7 clear days ahead of the date a refund less 20% will be issued. Please be aware that we sometimes have to cancel a program because it did not reach the minimum registration requirement – Don’t wait until the last minute to sign up or your program may already be canceled!
