About this Event
American Indians have a diverse culture, each with their own language, customs, and way of life. Discuss some of the common misconceptions associated with Indian cultures, learn about some great historic Indian leaders, and examine fascinating Indian artifacts.
In this class, scouts will earn their American Indian Culture Merit Badge.
Please Note: Burpee does not provide patches/badges.
Pre-registration & prepayment are required to attend.

- Parents/Additional Adult - $6 Each

In-Person Class Date: Sunday, September 20, 2026 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST
Location: Burpee Museum of Natural History, 737 North Main St. Rockford, IL 61103
In person check-in starts 15 minutes before the program start time; online check-ub stars 5 minutes before the program start time. Please plan to be here early so we can start on time.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All event registrations and purchases are final and non-refundable. If Burpee Museum cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to registered participants.
Programs may be canceled if minimum enrollment requirements are not met. Burpee Museum reserves the right to limit registrations or cancel any program. Every effort will be made to notify registered participants of cancellations.
